Man!!
there is no such thing as best way to copy Protected Games... the main and the most important part of all if the game is protected is that " With which protection it has been locked with and understanding it... For example if it is SafeDisc 1/2 there are Generic Patches available over the NeT Like it for each protection there is A Solution available"
However for most games it is better doin' using Clone CD(better Register it!) and after Installation using DAEMON tools!! and ur Done

clonecd will copy a game without having to apply a patch if you writer is 100% compatible or you can use CDRwin, but you need to apply patches with this application.
