same question 3rd time ive aked for help but nothing surely some1 knows i keep getting audio cds when copying ? this just started cos ive been doin it for ages only thing changed is ive put on windows me and a new chip ? have a richo cd rewriter and use golden hawk clone and nero 5 all do the same thing ??/
PLEASE HELP ANY IDEAS much appreciated

if you arer using a cracked copy of CDRwin it will give you coasters all the time some how it know that you are cheating, just download CDRwin but dont register it if you have no cash just use it on x1 is plenty for psx games as for Nero I have nero5.5 and it works fine but will only copy certain psx game
if we new a little more of your setup ie recorder software win95, win98 we mite be able to help!

Well this is purly guess work but i'll give it a go.

So your saying that what ever cd you try to copy, pc data, psx etc all the software you use see's the disc's as audio.

Well we can assume that the software you have tried is all fine, so i can only presume that there is a problem with the burner.

Is it IDE or SCSI?

You may need to upgrade the machines firmware but be carefull to get the right upgrade for you burner or you will fry it! Also as you are using Win ME you may need to upgrade you ASPI layer which is available for download from goldenhawks web site.
