dvd copying
well this might be the wrong forum but anyway
there are dvd-ram burners out there which aren`t to expensive fl 1500,-- (about700 usd) which in theory can produce backups of ps2 dvd`s does anyone have experience with this ? |

There is no software that allows this therefore no one would have any experience.

for instance vob`s instant cd/dvd |

Irrelevant anyway, it will NOT copy PS2 DVDs. |

None of us are disagreeing with the fact that you can rip dvd's and with the right gear even copy them, but you realy should listen to those who have big numbers by the side of the word "Posts" in their replies as we generaly know what we are talking about.
With PS2 DVD'S it is currently not possible to do so! But if you want to go out and try it for youself and learn the hard way, then please be my guest!
