PS2 NTSC 2 PAL CONVERTER

Please would someone help me.
I am after a good program that will change my ps2 games from
NTSC TO PAL , i have tried 'ntsconv' from this sight but can't get it to run/work.......

Use it in DOS mode only. The Win version wouldn't work for me.

I tried PAL4U without success. The only way I could get things to work was to buy an NTSC to PAL convertor from Maplins.

However, in saying this, you should know that I'm coming from the Jap PS2 perspective with Modchip to play the NTSC backups.
