What is the best PSX Emulator for the PC?

I'm looking for 1 that supports the must games and one that will play burned cds.

vgs would have to be the most compatible, and it plays copied disc with a teeny tiny patch..

Bleem has 3d graphics card use, but is choppy (slow) and buggy, and runs far fewer games.

psxemu is good, runs many games with full 3d, but bugger over a lot in mid play..
