Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold Problems

I can't seem to get a working backup of SFA3 Gold. I've already gone through four discs, but to no avail. I have CDRWIN and Nero. Does anyone know the proper settings to use to get a working copy done? Does it matter that it's a mixed-mode disc?
