Yes u can, if u get a fine needle you can scratch off the protected code and it should work fine. Also if u want to apply a crack to the disk after u have burnt it, u can place it between a vice and hit it with a hammer as hard a humanly possible. This is what i do and all of my games work fine

No!!!!!!!! but if you want to try and burn it again use cdrwin and create a bin file and then download the patch you then need a program called PPF-O-MATIC to patch the psx game apply the patch then burn it to cd and play the game ................... good luck it is straight forward for the psx stuff have fun let me know how you get on
