Yes sometimes, it's all to do with a blacklist that is coded into CDRWin3, blacklist being reg details of a lot of cracks!

i cracked my version of cdrwin (3.8D) and it works just fine. there are some that will work and others that will screw you over.

I got a crack of 3.8 that burnt coasters too. I figure burning 1x isn't so bad anyway.
