PSX PAL Backup

Hi
Im in New Zealand, and im going to backup all my cd's (coz i broke one last week).
I've got an iomega ZipCD650 and are wondering what program i would need to copy PSX cd's, (Driver, Tekken 3, GT1, GT2, GTA, Vrally2, Porsche challenge, Syphon Fliter, Medal Of Honour, Doom, Quake II and some others)
and what settings i'd need to use. They are all PAL games and i've got a mod chip installed.
Any help would be appreciated!
