Im from Australia and when i bought my ps2 it didn't come with a utility disk. Can i back up my ps2 games? I need help please email me at [email protected]

check your mail. The ps2 for PAL will need to have a mod chip when released. The utility disk is now built into the firmware of the PSX2, to stop the disk swap idea.
