Problem with XPS patching...

After following the instructions for ripping Silent Hill, I found that I needed XPS patching. I followed the instructions, assuming that .iso was interchangable with .bin, but got this error:

XA-ISO Patch System

Opening XPS File ... Complete.

"Silent Hill"

Opening ISO File ... Complete.
Searching for MOD-Check-Pass(1) ... Failed.


I was wondering if anybody knows how to fix the error, or if there's an alternate version of the patch laying around...
