Patch for Winning Eleven 2000 U-23 ???

ehy guys!

i have a copy of we 200 u-23 patched by nogsX3, but this patch doesn't traslate menu text in english. I hava found another patch called "walxer083.ppf" but i can't applicate it beacuse there are a different immage size. What can i do?
Some of you can help me?

I must have menus & player traslated in english!!!!

I ' have PS one with a Mod chip 4 Wire Standard Installation, but i only have the back up of Wining Eleven 2000, is not working so please tell me where can i get it.
