How do I extract a patch??

How do I do this : "Extract the Patch Archive to the path containing the CD-Image file."
When I click on the .exe file I get a DOS box with estination CDRWIN Iso <full path>? _
I type in the path where I have my "CD image" but it comes up with -
"Could not open IOS file....
I have CDRWIN installed as well as Nero.

Worked it out...had to shorten the filename...then had to change it back again to burn it. As Zedy pointed out it's easier to remember to first save it with a short filename.

u dont extract a patch u download it from the net then apply it to the bin file
