2CD PSX games

I've problems playing Metal Gear Solid on a patched PSX.
When it ask "insert disc2 and press start" and after I've done that, the answer is "you have not insert the correct disc".
The problem still occure with the original 2CDs game.
Please help me.

Same prob. here
Disc 2 doesn't get past that piracy message either
The Ps1 is affected to. Any ides how to fix this.
