P4U2K and P4UPatch

I have found a site that tells how convert the patch from P4U to NTSC so that it can be played on American (Canada and US) playstations and of course it doesn't work. Every time I look for patches for american playstation all I find are PAL etc. Does anybody know any programs to properly convert them or where I can get patches for American playstations????
