NEED THE UTILITIES CD FOR PS !!!!!!!

I live in Germany and I don´t have the UTILITIES CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anybody know how I can get the CD??????

PLease help me, I can´t play my backup games!!!!!!!

i have one its only about a meg file if u email me i will email u the file to burn
