PS2 Utility Disk???
ok i been reading about this swap trick for ps2 games and id like to learn how to burn ps2 games since im one of the lucky ones to have a system. anyway, everything i ve read mentions a ps2 utility disk, but my american ps2 had no disc.
so now what?

Now, like the other 500,000 of us lucky folks, you wait.
The swap trick is only for Jap PS2. We have to wait for SONY to put out some type of utility disc for us. The other possibility is to get a modchip. They are shipping as of now, or so I have been told by my sources. I heard about a site: www.laserchip.com you must call and ask about the PS2 modchip. it has like 11 wires but you don't have to swap CD's like the Jap Version. I haven't called yet since I just read it 2 mins ago. But think about this, a lot of the PS2 games will be ripped like PC games. Do you want an incomplete PS2 game? I mean they had to rip out 8 songs from DOA2 just to fit that game on a CD and all the songs are pretty good. So for now, just buy yourself DOA2:Hardcore and enjoy the fact that we are the few, the proud, the guys that got PS2's in the first shipment.
