Since a DVD hold much, much more data than a CD, it is not always possible. However, by removing some of the intro movies, etc., a DVD game can often be made to fit onto a CD. There is a different procedure for different games.

Crack groups such as BAD and Paradox know how to do this. Unfortunately, they do not tell you how on their pages. They just tell you that they did. They also do not offer links to where they released this information to. They just say that they are on "elite ftp" sites that "sceners" (people in the scene of backing up games) know about. Well, I consider myself a "scener" as I've been backing up PSX and PS2 games for years, and I have know idea where these FTP sites are. The best site I know of is http://www.megagames.com/console/console.htm which has many, but not all of the released patches by these groups. Thanks www.megagames.com. You are a great asset to the PSX and PS2 backup community. Keep up the great work.

It seems like the whole mentality that some people think they are better than others and try to keep this information to themselves. I always try to share information I know and help out others when I can and call on others to do the same. Hey, we're all in the same boat. We're all PSX and PS2 fans. Why not help each other and stop trying to be all "I'm more elite than you."?
