Does anyone know how to convert "file32" files??

I have smackdown 2 for the psx and i want to view the video clips on my pc. However the files are named "file 32" files. Does anyone know of a program or editing utility thats easy to use that can change these to mpeg or avi files?? Any help is appreciated
