sega smash pack rom loader

i donwloaded sega smash pack rom loader, but it came with no instruction,, i burned it, on my dc it shows a blue screen with the name of im guessing all the files on the cd, how do i make it load roms?
please help

One way would be to burn your ROMs on the same CD. Since the loader is tiny, you're wasting a large amount of CD unless you put roms on it. I believe there's also a way to switch subdirectories using the program, but I can't recall how.
