How to copy DC games?

Is there a way to copy DC games without downloading? What I want to know if you can put your DC game in your burner save to Hard drive and then burn to blank CD. I know you can do this with Playstation games, that's no problem. Or do you have to download all games, files of games, you want to copy then burn to Cd?
