help burning super robot wars alpha taisen

need some help trying to burn this game because for some reason when I burn it using disc juggler 3.5 and run the game it just pops into the utility screen near the beginning and then when I convert it to nero and try to burn it it says that speed measurement failed. Really weird stuff I don't know what to do, I know that my file is not corrupt 100% but I don't know what else to do is there a game patch or something?
