Connecting a dreamcast to Internet via shared broadband connection

I am trying to figure out a way to connect my dreamcast to the internet through my cable modem. I do not have a phone line, so I can't use the modem to connect directly. What I want to do is to "Dial" my computer by hooking their modems together so that my computer can share it's cable modem connection with my dreamcast. Does anyone know how this could be done? Thanks!
