Burning Bin and Cue files!?!?

Can anyone help me out, i have tried bin2iso to make my bin file an iso but everytime i burned a game doing that it wouldnt werk so then i asked someone about it and they told me to use fireburner and i tried that but it didnt werk cause it wont detect my burner, does anyone know any other burning progies that are like sharware and burn cue and bin files?
