ntsc 2 pal video mode

hi people basically most of my games are u s so i play them through a scart to my tv fine .but last week i brought a set of olympus eye trek glasses for my games, but there pal so only my pal games play on it the us/jap has a rolling picture i was just wondering how to convert the video image to pal (ntsc 2 pal)by patching it and reburning, i use discjuggler for all dc (selfboot). if some one can take me through patching and burning ild appreciate it ive tried using the ntsc 2 pal converter on copyworld but there only for cdr win not self boot images thanks
