Please Help I Need Help with Capcom vs SNK

I just finished getting Capcom VS SNK from a sife that was hosted on Yahoo breifcase. it was called

E-cvs.cdi

I burn the thing (even tho it was like 709 mb i used overburn) and the thing will boot on my DC then it will go to the sega screen then reboot it's self. can someone help me with this problem? please E-Mail me if you have any help
