How to burn patch?

After downloading patches for numerous games, I still cannot burn them!!!

Please help me anyone outthere???

You don't "BURN" a patch, you apply it to an existing ISO file. Then you burn the ISO file to a disc.

Try reading one of the many NFO files found in those many patches you've downloaded - as they will explain sufficiently how to patch an ISO. Keep in mind, you need the original release ISO file (.CDI or whatever) to patch the game. You can't patch an ISO copy you made from your disc, as far as I know.
