ccd, .img, file format Burning Problem

I have done all the searches, so i brought up a new topic. I have one of my games in Clone CD .ccd, .img format. It stalls at the dreamcast screen, and, or just goes to the music screen. My game goes to the utopia screen with the discjugler boot, but does not finish loading? What do the settings have to be, in Clone CD, for the Boot-Disk, and The Actual Game. Any help would be great. I would ditch Clone CD. I would convert the file to an ISO or CDI.

What program can I use to convert it to a .CDI?
It is the .img file that would need to be converted I think.
