Really big prob with superrunabout. can someone help, plz?

I've a HP writer and i wnat to copy the game superrunabout. I download a special patch for this game, to burn it with my HP writer. First i made the cdi file and patched it with ppf-o-matic 2.0 but when i select the file with discjuggler again, it siaz: "unknown"!
I have read in the patch, that i should patch it after injecting -xea. What does this mean?
Please help me.
