ps2 scph 30003r....(v5????) expert help.....with neo2.2

havin unbelievable probs with chipping ps2 30003r with a neo 2 chip installed as per any diagrams i can get on net which reccomends only soldering 5 wires(1,2,4,7 & 8) and ignoring 3,5,6.....ps2 plays originals no probs and even psx backups...but fails to boot the action replay boot disc (ar2 V2) or even the region x boot disc...dongle n non dongle versions...tried chip with n without capacitor with no avail....have now soldered in wires 5 & 6 of the neo.....to the pins 1 & 2 to the baa 158 chip as is on v4,s still no joy....think pin 3 of neo has to go somewhere surely......has anybody got or no where to get the wiring diagrams for the ps2 30003r (v5) the board is a alien lookin layout and i cant seem to find any on the net.......any wiizkids experts please assist.......ive chipped a few ps2,s and this is challenging me....
