Tomb Raider I-III Remastered WIndows 7 fix not working

I have the windows 7 fix for
Tomb Raider I III Remastered
as it is not "actually" working on 7. So the info on steam is not Facts. It will only start on windows 8 and above.

Is there a way for me to post this fix? It is a "proper" game fix.I have not tested it on GOG release yet, But I will. It is just the game exe. No other files.
