Conversion is for Steam and GOG so choose Diskspan_gui to change 
wich Version should Compressed [ Default is Steam ]

Instructions:

1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.
2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
2a.- Move _CommonRedist to Conversion output folder. (Last DVD)

Something is not right. The compressor compresses only 1.5GB of data and sure the game cant run with that.

there is a mistake in listfolder Exclude1.txt

it must be lookt as shown you have to remove *pak that solve the problem
