anyone know where to download the planetweb browser so i can change my isp details? im gettin desperate!

Go to ####://dreamcast.planetweb.com. In the lower-right side of screen, you'll see "New Browser" section. Go there, and you can request a free copy to be shipped to you from Sega. I just got mine, which also has playable demos of 4x4 EVO, ####Lancer, Speed Devils Online, and Typing Of The Dead.
