This is what I would do (I've done this on several BIN/CUE combinations and get a nice bootable disc out of the works.

1. If you don't have it already, get the Echelon self-boot tutorial. You'll need it! Make sure you have all the programs it calls for (use CDRECORD rather than CDRWIN when it gives the option).

2. Use CDMAGE or ISOBUSTER to extract the BIN file into a folder (I use the /selfboot/data directory).

3. Make sure there's both an IP.BIN file and another file that is a BOOT file (usually called 1ST_READ.BIN or 0WINCEOS.BIN, although in "4-Wheel Thunder" it's called "4WT.BIN").

NOTE: In some cases the IP.BIN may be missing. I've found success in using the generic IP.BIN file from "zerotools.zip".

Follow the instructions in the self-boot tutorial, using CDRECORD and you will (should) wind up with a bootable disc.

I've run into problems with CDMAGE on .BIN/.CUE files, but ISOBUSTER works OK on them. CDMAGE works well on .CDI files.
