Skies Of Arcadia

I just got skies of Arcadia and the Dreamcast is refreshing to quick so the frequency of the game is all screwed up, the screen keeps skipping. someone PLEASE help, if anyone has a frequency patch or a way to fix it because there is no option to change the frequency in the game. Thanx
