As Razor Said that If u make Circular Progressbar it leaves a Bkgcolor ,
But we can use it when the installer has no picture i mean the clear color state
So here i made out an Installer with Circular PB

Here also :
we can only create on Progressbar at a time, because it a procedure not a function.
