Where can I get DC Movie creator or equivalent? Xena's page....

I've gotta downsample some SFD files that are too big and was following along the tutorial on Xena's page, but the link to DC Creator or Maker(whatever) is broken and can't find anything on the net. Or is there a faster or better way to downsample my files? Thanks FTE
