Razor12911 there is the possibility that in the future there may be a version of UltraARC not create a temporary file and then install?

Compression don't even start.

Edit:
Even waited 1 hour after unblocking the UltraArc files. Fix this Mr. RAZOR (UA_2400 & UA2400_170315)

you have something set wrong, nothing wrong with UA2400-170315, have used it for many conversions.
