Compression don't even start.

Edit:
Even waited 1 hour after unblocking the UltraArc files. Fix this Mr. RAZOR (UA_2400 & UA2400_170315)

^^ depending on how many files there are in the game, CAN take up to 10 mins to start.

you have something set wrong, nothing wrong with UA2400-170315, have used it for many conversions.

i have noticed one thing if you are using windows 8 and u have files installed to the program files folder UAC and the permissions for windows 8 is crap even when u turn all permissions off.so just incase have all games installed outside the programs files folder eg: c:\games\whatevergames\ i had problem compiling and compressing games that was in program files in windows 8.windows 7 works perfect. i have tested this in vmware a few times and it to do with windows 8 and hows its permissions are set.i just gave up trying to fix that problem.

it works on BOTH OS's BUT as mikey26 stated you CANNOT use Ultrarc on windows8 trying to compress files within Program Files. ( DOES NOT WORK ) anywhere else is fine.
