.icd files

What exactly is an .icd file and how do I open one. WinRAR can't read them and I need to open one. What can I download to help me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Where did you get a file with that extension from. And what is it for? I only ask because it could be one of many things. But it is not a compression format (aka. can't open with WinRAR, WinZIP, WinACE, etc.)

IronCAD Catalog
IronCAD 2D CAD File
ASTi Model Builder File
Rate Structure File (BLDRATE.EXE input)
*File Associated with Many Games* (Probably your best bet here)

Yeah, I got the .icd file with a game, but I wish to open it or "unrap it." So I need a safedisc program to do this?
