Autorun with CloneCD

CloneCD keeps disabling the autorun for my
CD drives. I know they say it works better that way, but I don't want it turned off. I keep going back and rechecking the box to enable it but after awhile it is off again. Is there any way to stop this??

what version of Clone are you running?

the early versions required Auto-run to be disabled but now it's cool to have it enabled.
