HELP HELP HELP!!!! PLEASE!!! I am trying to load golden hawk cdrwin to copy a back up file and when i click on the icon to open up cdrwin i get a message saying "Error: Unable to initialize the ASPI manager ASPI support information was not found"?? I have no idea what that means? Once i click on ok it loads cdrwin up but then when i click on "record disk" i get a message saying "No CDROM recording device was found on the SCSI or IDE bus!" I don't know why it isn't working?? Could anyone please help as this is rather urgent!!! Thankyou

search the web for a program called "forceaspi" follow the instructions and u will be in business--the main reason is that Adapcrap does give its aspi layer program away for free and generall u need a scsi card to load it -tho if want you can force windows to l,oad a nonexistant hardware device but for simplicity follow my 1st advice -- its freely available out there i just cant remeber the site
