Smile PS2 and Pioneer

Hi everybody....I need help....I've found a Pioneer DVR A04 with a good price so I'm going to buy it....my questions is....DVD-R is the only standard compatible with PS2 or also others works?...and what about DVD-RW?

On v5 PS2 DVD-RW sometimes works. It has low reflectivity so there's no guarantee. DVD-R plays on all PS2s with a working laser; DVD+R always plays on a v5 and sometimes on v3/v4 depending on laser condition.

get the A04 is my advice.

If you mean 80 mins, yes it will do them. But it is not CloneCD compatible for 1:1 CD-R copies because it doesn't support DAO-RAW+96.

Yes I mean 80 min and over 80... but If I have to store over 1 giga....I can burn a DVD...
