a few chip questions

alright I was talking to someone, but didnt have enough time to really ask any questions..anyways they said maybe my movies/music skips is because of what game enhancer etc I have. I have the little enhancer that plugs into the back of your playstation, do mod chips run the games anymore smoothly?

They sure do, Most PSX plugmods are not to good. It's not unusual for the music to skip when using some versions. I am not knocking anyone who has one but a chip is the better choice.

actually..They say eventually itll burn out my laser(oh well, theyre pretty cheap) I found someone that just said put it vertically etc and told me how..went from skipping sometimes every 2 seconds to maybe 3 times during a 2 minute movie

I agree with Warlock.... the external mods do seem to give most problems....internal mods are much better by far...

If you are experiensing trouble with FMV skipping then its probably down to your laser or duff media..... either way there is always a solution.....

I just need to know which model your consol is, your burner and what media you are using and burning software....!

That's the first thing I noticed when I tried out my brand new Game enhancer a few years back, the FMV was out of synch and the sound skipped, the first thing I did was get a modchip and problem solved. I then just used the game enhancer for gameshark codes, until I got my mini-goldfinger!!

Game enhancer only do this with back-ups, import games play just fine!!
