Question ghost recon no cd fix

someone explain, for example i am trying to install ghost recon & i want to add the no cd fix,ok?. Now what the hell is the "ghost recon.exe" executable???!!!!!..Can someone explain in english to me how to do the nesessary steps to make this possible,i can't seem to follow the instructions!!!!

Install game
Download the NO-CD
Extract it using Winace

Find out where the main exe is - you can do this by right clicking on the shortcut on your desktop and clicking properties. That will show you where the main exe is located. If there is no shortcut on your desktop, do the same thing to the shortcut in your Start menu.

Browse to this location
Copy the cracked exe that you extracted with Winace (Ctrl+C or rite clik and copy)
Paste the file into the folder and when it asks do you want to overwrite, click yes.
