What options should i use?

I made a bin and cue file with CDRWIN, but are there any special options i need to use when i burn them to assure the backup will work?

Depends on whether or not the cd has protection on it. You are better off using Clone CD if you want to make 1:1 copies. CDRWIN doesn't offer as many options as Clone CD does.
