My mate asked me for a copy of this game the other day but im not sure if i want to give it to him because if this "FADE" protection.

It is the PARADOX realising of this game so do u think it will be alright to give this to my mate and FADE wont kick in halfway through the game?

The FADE will screw him from the start. You can still sell it to him and tell him that he needs a new controller port though if you wanted to be stink about it.

Wouldn't think so, I was under the impression that it was a media check after the game boots. You cant stop the Playstation from booting the game, but you can stop the game from playing properly if the software cant recognise itself... it you get what I mean.
