Booting DVD-RIPS with No solder mod
I seem to be having a few problems booting some cd's. I have made DVD-Rips before which have worked. Virtua Fighter 4 boot perfectly as does ICO. Now I have tried Burnout and Dynasty Warriors 3 but, they boot but stop loading at a black screen. I've even tried using the RMOD/NOMOD patches but just the same.
Any ideas on what I've done wrong? |

no-solder chips wont load dvd-rip games that are over 640MB.
search the forums for keywords "no-solder" find my post entitled "No-solder users read this" it explains the limitations of those chips in full. BG, an 8mb buffer is no big claim, anyone can use the preferences menu !! Regards, Elkay |
