DivX/Avi to -----> VCD/SVCD How can I do it?!?

I have a couple of movies on my hardrive, mostly they are on AVI format, I use WinDVD or the PLAYA to view them, and some of em are just DivX format. I recently bought a DVD player for my TV, and it is VCD capable, so I was wondering if there is any way at all that I can convert these movies to VCD or SVCD format so I can play em on my DVD player??? Thanks!!
