Switching RM ( Real Media) to AVI etc?

I've tried using Tinra to Convert RM to AVI, it did it, but the audio is total screwed up, don't go with video at all....does anyone have another program that can convert a RM (real media ) to another program (AVI, MPEG, WMP, etc ), i've tried TMPGE and Panasonic MPEG encoder, but neither one reconizes the RM file, Nero don't reconize it either.
